Flower petals

I've been at work both today and yesterday. I'm not too happy about that, but something came up and so it happened. I have extreme flexibility usually, so it only makes sense to stretch a little when something requires it, I guess. As usual, I can't write about it. It's a promise to my employers. I guess they have reasons for it, too, although I would not give away anything other than the usual stupid stuff that happens in every type of office environment in the civilized world. Perhaps I'll write a book if I retire one day.

As I walked to the bus yesterday, a breeze stirred the trees and flower petals gently fell like large snowflakes. And for a moment it felt like being in a romantic anime, where a standard scene (usually in the first episode) is an alley of cherry blossoms where the petals gently fall around the main character(s). In real life the petals were white rather than pink, so probably not cherry. Perhaps apple? Also, anime doesn't smell sweetly of flowers when I watch it... although perhaps it will on the next generation of computers? ^^ OK, probably not. Real life still has some advantages.
