Short: excuses

I've been writing on an entry about fun vs happiness, but it keeps growing. My tentative conclusion is that today's level of consciousness is simply too high for most people, that's why they have to get drunk or watch soaps or football to be happy. Obviously it's a lot more nuanced than that, and if it keeps growing I may have to make it into a series. But since it is not at all finished, I can't begin posting it.
