Coded green.
Pic of the day: Stunt double. To protect the innocent (not that I have any recent photos anyway) this sim will generously represent the amazingly healthy great-grandfather generation. DurableMy father just returned from the hospital. A couple days ago he felt dizzy and faint during a dance in one of the neighboring villages. The family thinks it was just low blood sugar - he has mild diabetes 2 and it can be hard to hit the exact spot. The doctor sent him to hospital to check out anyway (as they have done with me when I fainted). He came back now and went out to another dance party, if I understood correctly. Oh, and he is approximately 30 years older than I. Color me baffled. While I would dearly love to be alive at that age, actually standing without support seems pretty optimistic. I guess this is what happens when people work hard all their lives. I think I would personally prefer to have something more comfortable to do in 30 years. But of course too much comfort might get in the way of being here in 30 years at all. Let's hope it is all in the genes! |
