"Expect to be judged"On my way home from work, I stopped by the supermarket to buy some food. The line was barely moving, and so I came up with the idea to use the time to come before the Divine Presence. And so I did. When I returned to the world of men, it was very nearly my turn. Also, I felt awful. There may have been a time in my life where I was welcome to seek out God out of boredom. This time was not now, clearly. God said to me: "If you summon the Light, expect to be judged." And so I was. I could feel the displeasure all the way home and then some. It is not that I was rejected or denied. But I was judged. And rightly so. Coming before the Almighty is not a hobby. |
