Sorry, I'm so tired that I can barely remain conscious, and my head hurts like in a flu. I'm afraid I have to just go to bed now, even though it's scarcely past midnight.
Been reading a bit on Karen & Poul Anderson's Roma Mater. It isn't difficult to put away, to be honest, but I like the way the early parts of the books constantly shows the decline of civilization in so many different ways. (It's set in the last days of the West Roman Empire.) Sometimes it seems painted with so broad a brush that it sort of loses its meaning - but there are times when a small detail tells more than the long litanies. I am planning to finish that book. Just not at home where I have my computer...
