Coded green.
Pic of the day: This would not have happened had I stuck to a fat-free diet like Asami does here. (I still get runny guts from fruit and raw veggies, though, just not the neurological symptoms.) Short: Fat poisoningIt certainly seemed very much like one. I was peacefully eating some yogurt when I suddenly started shivering and shaking, and my intestines and stomach started twisting and turning and hurting. I went to the exercise bike, hoping to heat myself from inside as I did last time, but this attack was too sudeen. My intestines hurt too much to remain seated. I got up and went to the bath, where I turned the radiating electric heater on max. Standing there and heating my face and hands gradually helped, even though my feet were (and still are) freezing. Eventually the shaking and twisting faded. My digestion is still upset and will probably be for a while because of the spasms sending content every which way up and down my intestines. And I am tired, as I always am after an attack. But if it stops at this, it is probably nothing more. I must accidentally have eaten too much fat, probably in the cod roe paste yesterday. (It usually takes a day or two from I eat the fat till the symptoms appear, depending on how fast my digestion is at the time.) |
