More writing

Today was a particularly successful day. Over the day and night I completed chapter 3, which was over 6000 words, bringing my total word count over 12000. Unfortunately it was fairly good, as in funny and with some plot development. This makes it hard to write the next chapter, as I suddenly hold myself to higher standards. In Norwegian this is called "to jump after Wirkola", because his near-perfect style made the followers look bad in comparison, possibly giving them a lower style grade than the earlier jumpers.

The sudden winter cold is slowly draining away. But I did little except eating, sleeping and writing.
