Sims 2: Craft 2 week 2
Hi again Roger! Oh, you're on the phone, sorry. Fellow angels, this is Gravel Road 7, a recent addition and with arguably the best view yet. Too bad Roger has to go out to look at the sea, because there are no windows on that wall and besides only the bedrooms are on that side of the house. If only he could afford to rebuild a bit...
Roger: It was only my nephew Darius. He is calling me quite a bit after I moved out from their house. We used to get along pretty well, better than me and his father actually. There is something about Al's victim complex and despondent clinginess that just gets under my skin. His son is much more energetic and upbeat.
And that guy in the background is just some random dude wandering around. He escaped from the Townie Tree when I was demonstrating it to another angel. Darren Ellis. Don't look at me, the Townie Tree gave him that name. I only let him live since he was completely random.
Roger: When you talk about the angel stuff, you lose me completely. Since when do sims grow on trees?
Not sure. OFB perhaps? I am pretty sure they did not in base, but it was definitely before Seasons.
Roger: See? This is why you should not talk like that or our heads will explode messily! I prefer things I can touch and hold and preferably goose.
Roger: Eww, too many books!
If you intend to reach the top of the music career, you will need to study a lot. You just don't live long enough to just pick up the skills by pottering around the house. Besides, you need an online university degree, and that takes lots of studying. Get used to it.
Roger: Why couldn't I just woohoo 20 hot chicks like other romance sims?
Be happy, I am not very cooperative with such ethically dubious lifetime wants. At least you have a chance at this.
Roger: It is just not fair. Grant has at least 20 hot young college girls just in his dorm.
What makes you think they would want you?
Roger: What girl would not?
Well, I guess she qualifies as hot college chick, since she is a professor...
Roger: And then Micropolis is going to become a real city with people moving in from everywhere, and the property prices will soar. I can sell my small house for a fortune and be rich beyond your wildest dreams.
You really have raised your creativity skill, Roger.
Prof. Gayle Newton: Such a charming young man...
Toward the end of the week, Roger's new girlfriend comes over. I can't get over how this guy got the sea view.
Professor Gayle Newton: So, you said you had something important to talk about?
Roger: Yes, but let us tour the house first.
Professor Gayle moves in with 14000 much needed simoleons! This should help with the debt from the online college courses.
Roger: And the house. Whose idea was it that starting houses should cost §50 000? It wasn't like that when I grew up!
*Whistles innocently*
Well, I'll leave you two to, er, cultivate your common interests. Yeah. Bis zur nächsten Woche!
