Andrea grew up as the only girl in a family with three brothers, her grandfather and his brother again. Her best friend outside the family was also a boy, Darius from the neighboring Craft family; they even went to school together. Her very best friend however was her middle brother, Leon. After she grew up to a teen, he taught her to dance, and they danced together every evening. After that, they began backrubbing. After that, Leon was suddenly sent to college early. By coincidence (?) it was during Leon's wedding that Andrea suddenly began flirting with her childhood friend Darius and they fell in love. The teen love disappeared for a while in college, but eventually they got together again (at Andrea's request) even though they had no chemistry for each other, while most other girls had for Darius.
Andrea and Darius are still married and still close friends. They don't spend all day doing romantic things, but at least enough that they have two children. When not on maternity leave, Andrea is usually found at work or reading a book or talking with neighbors and relatives (often the same thing) that drop by.
