Coded green.
Pic of the day: A little suffering (from anime Final Approach). Fast forwardI have never recovered that fast from a leg cramp. I could probably have gone to work the same day if I had waited, but of course then much of the day would been gone. The next day I had no problem going to work, and when I returned the legs did not really feel different anymore. This evening I took 12 minutes on the exercise bike again without any immediate problems. Actually my arm is more tired than my leg. So that's good news. I wonder if it has something to do with me pressing my palm against the top of the calf right under the knee as soon as I was able to roll over and reach that spot. As long as I pressed there, the pain was totally gone, as if nothing was amiss. I only took the hand away when I got up to take the half tablet of acetylsalicylic acid. I have no idea what made me press there in the first place, in the past I have always tried to massage the actual muscle and that hurt and did not seem to help. I suppose if I live much longer, I will get the opportunity to experiment more with this. There are usually a couple cramps per year. |
