Pic of the day: Fast rewind to the night after my old friend's wedding. This picture shows me not too long before I was chased to bed, as you can probably understand!
Back to the present (not the wedding present, but present time,
as in today) I went to work. The air was still full of water
that just hung around without falling down, like something between
rain and fog. Good thing I work (or something) indoors. I went
out in the lunch, though, as I use to. They're changing the shop
windows again. That's always entertaining. Also I found more
funny books from around 1960. Ah, that was an innocent time.
Listen to this radio blooper: "The 67-year-old candidate for the
Senate, now of Peoria, was born on a farm in Columbia County 58 years
ago ... that doesn't sound right but that's what his campaign manager
sent over for me to read."
Or this one: And the farmers of Boynton County have banded
together to form a protective chicken-stealing association ...
(PAUSE) ... that sounds like they are doing the stealing ...
of course, you know that's not what I mean!"
Due to recent events, my mind is also working on defining a Christian sexual ethics. That's a pretty wide plain to cover, but given all the confusion, it might be worth the effort. If I can get someone to practice it, at least.
