Pic of the day: Reach for the stars!

Because you don't want the journal to be 3-4 weeks behind forever. I'll still leave an entry here with some words that are unlikely to be of interest to anyone but myself and the most thorough historians in the future.

Surprisingly, I suspect I have never mentioned the muscle pain in my chest. Actually I don't know that it is muscle pain, but it feels like muscle pain. And it usually is felt only after sitting for a while, especially if leaning forward. At it worst, it can make it intensely painful to sneeze, and not too good to cough either, or stand up suddenly.

It does not feel at all like any descriptions of heart / angina. It feels like it is in some muscles I did not know I had, or the bones. I did not have this when I was younger, but the last year (plus minus some months, possibly another year) I have had it off and on.
