Two defendants

There is one small thing that I think should be changed in the justice system. I think sometimes not only the accused of a crime should be a defendant, and be considered innocent until proven guilty.

In particular I think about rape, child abuse and all kinds of violence against the weak and helpless. Who needs a defender most, the strong or the weak? And if nothing else, then because - if there is no way to deny it completely - the next thing that happens is that the victim will be blamed. They asked for it, they encouraged or at least cooperated, and they certainly deserved it. This will come almost without fail if you can't just say it never happened.

Therefore I think both parts may need a defense. And those who are the weakest, need it the most.
