Coded green.
Non-diarying familyI slept for around 10 hours. I had a lot of sleep to catch up on, so that was reasonable. But it is not something that happens every month, perhaps not even every year. OK, probably every year, though that may not last. The older we grow, the less sleep we need, although the difference is less than people thought until recently. ***My oldest brother is hospitalized, according to a mail from the wife of my youngest brother (he is also older than I, incidentally). Wouldn't it make more sense for THEM to write journals, so the ones who come after can learn what our genes have in store for us? This was supposedly something about the liver, I was told on request. He also once let slip that he has some problem with blood pressure. This may be because he spent his youth smoking, while I spent mine meditating. This is bound to have an effect. But genes are not to be underestimated either. Also he suffers from low pulse, presumably even lower than mine (because I don't suffer, I enjoy it). But knowing all these things are just luck of the draw for me, because unlike me they don't document their lives. And I guess I over-document mine, so people still won't find what they're looking for... unless they have the patience of a saint and the free time of a vagabond. |
