Pic of the day: Oh noes! The embarrassment! And everyone has seen it!

Fast forward

"There is nothing new under the sun" - but even so, I am embarrassed to find that my main feature of this month is simply a more embellished version of something I wrote last year on this day. Is it something about the time of the year that makes me start to imagine the future? Or is it just my subconscious playing head games with me again?

In all fairness, the 2011 entry last year was more of a broad summary of the changes from now to then, rather than a fully imaginary journal entry as seen from that year. Still, I had totally forgotten that I wrote it, at least at nearly the same time as this year's series. Whose head is it anyway?
