Charles Craft is, like his wife, a popularity sim who came to Micropolis (known then mainly as "Gravel Road") as a teen. They were neighbors and the same age, so it was perhaps unavoidable that they grew to become a couple. A bit less outgoing but more active, he has about as many friends as his wife (over 40). And of course he is "Captain Hero", a member of the government-sanctioned Green Diamonds superhero group, selected after years of heroic work in the ordinary police force. Grant can be crass, even mean to strangers, but he is a loving husband and father and a loyal friend. He has little time for hobbies, although he is sometimes seen fishing with a bunch of friends.
