A downtownie teen, Barbara was one of Charles Craft's friends from his days on the beach where he supposedly studied the ocean. Evidently he also had time for other studies! Barbara was a romance sim, but a rather moderate one, more interested in making friends than having many lovers. In college she matured into a family sim, although she graduated without starting her own family. Barbara moved downtown, to the singles apartment there. In the same complex lived Phil Jitmakusol and she fell in love with him (2 bolts). They were engaged in 52 and married the next year.
