Pic of the day: It's not magic, you know. (Or perhaps it is?) Screenshot from Dark Age of Camelot.

MS ate my homework

Meh. Wearily I say, meh. Another night with just a few minutes sleep, thanks to an overactive digestion. (Not imagination, sadly. My NaNoWriMo is dead. It's dead, Jim. Or at least it doesn't move.) Then off to workiness. Slept an hour or two in the evening, though. I'm still feeling a bit shabby, but that's not the worst of it. Here's the worst of it:

I wrote two long, coherent entries to pick and choose from. My stupid Microsoft-ware ATE THEM BOTH. Yes, that is right. For my safety. It probably thought there could be virii in them, seeing as they were written in MS Word.

Do you think I am motivated to do it all over again? Do you? Do you? Huh?

There's a new patch (really an upgrade) out for Dark Age of Camelot. It has the option of dueling your friends (which I consider a collossal mistake, but it is highly popular). It also has spellcrafting and alchemy, which I consider good things.

Now if you'll excuse me, I'm going there to see some of my other online friends.

Back. Had great fun killing bogeys in Catacombs together with Skcry. Funny, I have no idea who these people are in their fleshlife, barely even where they live. Yet in a way they are quite familiar. I don't know my neighbors as well as my guild officers ... Creepy, huh? And my neighbors don't know me nearly as well as you do. Unless you are my neighbors. *waves*
