Pic of the day: Computer glare.

Again, I have thought. I thought: How would I advertise my web journal, if I were to advertise my web journal? Several ideas chased through my head, one after another.

A picture, and 1000 words too ?

Many people don't have a life.
I don't even have a TV
...

Or the more poetic:
No kids, no wife
no TV, no life
no time to spare
-chaos everywhere!

Actually, I guess I'm not always writing 1000 words, but it happens. I did count a couple of my diary entries to see if I qualified for the often webring. Appearances may be deceptive, but it appears to focus on quantity rather than quality, so there might be a chance of me slipping in, despite my un-American attitudes to many things. Any way, as for counting to 200, I did that without getting very far into my text. So I guess there may be easily 1000 words if I'm not too tired. But of course there is the risk that the reader could be more tired than me, after a while...

Enough meta-talk for now. Today was the Day of the Print Job at work. I taught the second-to-High-Priest how to mass produce personalized letters from our database (not the easiest software to do that on) and then we set the various printers around the house to spew out letters, whereas we practiced the "My Computer Works For Me" posture. This continued until I went home, and he and many of the others went on elk safari, paid by the job. Don't ask, I don't even want to know.

Wet wet fog has fallen on our fair lands, and it's quite beautiful in its own way. I would have used a fog picture but it's been so many nature pics lately. What say you, folks, about the mix of pics? More nature, more portraits, more weirded pics, more screenshots, more topless pics? Your wish is my love, y'know. I may even borrow the neighbors' cat if that's what you need. I notice that popular webcams such as Jennicam and GabGab have cats as co-stars.
Aber ein Elefant kommt nie in mein Haus!
