An innocent

On my way to the commuter bus, I was hailed by two small boys. Standing on the other side of the broad road, one of them found the courage to try to make fun of me. "Hey man!" he shouted, "You look like ..." (I have forgotten what, because I am rubber and he is glue, but it was something vaguely unflattering.) I just looked at him, and now his friend decided that he also ought to pitch in. So he shouted: "Hey man! You look like my uncle!" We both looked at him silently. He must have sensed that it wasn't a direct hit, I guess, because he added: "He really does look like my uncle!"
