Fast forward

Better now. My heart is no longer racing, the fever is gone, even the headache. My digestion is still upset, as can be expected, but I am not.

Now I can concentrate on the really important things in life, like getting a new game for my Nintendo DS. Yeah, I can be surprisingly shallow. You'd think I would meditate on the brevity of life, the certainty of death, and the duration of eternity. I guess I just don't respond well to duress. Of course, I don't necessarily respond well to liberty either...
