Leg cramps revisited

Yesterday I had a leg cramp in the left leg again, but it was milder than the last time. This morning it hit the right leg again, but this time I managed to stop it at the outset. I am slightly stiff in both legs now, but not so much people should be able to see it.

A LiveJournal friend thinks it comes from not working the muscles enough. I think it is the heat. But the two are connected. It is hard to take long trips when it is as hot as this.

I am just so glad I managed to stop this one, and not have a fainting spell like the last two times my right leg cramped. Could have been a coincidence that it happened right then, but I much doubt it.
