Fast forward

I like totally spent the day on pointless things like cleaning and playing Civilization 3. You can't believe how much paper I have stacked on my living room table and on top the drawers in my bedroom. Just from the stack of comics in the bedroom I got three pretty heavy bags that I will bring with me to the city over the next three days.

My toe is a little better now, but I still didn't think it was a good idea to take the usual long Saturday walk. Instead I took the bus to the city and brought with me more comics, then brought groceries the other way.

I brought with me the Plantronics headset to the shop where I bought it. I whined because this was the second time the exactly same type of headset broke in the exactly same way after approximately the same time, 1 1/2 to 2 months. It looks and works fine except the microphone no longer registers any sound. That's a shame, because it is the best microphone I have ever had. Anyway, I took it to the shop and whined. The fellow who had sold it to me wasn't there, but will be back on Monday. So will I.
