They are always wrong

I see from the news that a great majority of Norwegians now sympathize with the Palestinians. This is not such a great surprise, since we as a people tend to root for the underdogs. In this case, however, I am convinced that this is just plain wrong. I was about to write a detailed essay comparing the two cultures in the conflict, but then I realized that there was no reason to.

It is enough to point out that the communists have been cheerleaders for the Palestinian uprisings since the whole thing started. And history shows us that communists are always wrong, and cannot possibly be anything but wrong.

The people who cheered for Stalin when he killed 30 million innocents; the people who cheered for Mao when he killed somewhere between 20 and 50 million innocents; the people who cheered for Pol Pot when he killed off a fifth of his admittedly smaller country: These people are now cheering for the Palestinians. That should really say it all.

I'm not saying that Jews are saints. Who is, anyway? But think over for yourself, what company you're in when you side against them. Take a look at history and think long and hard. It is always hard to think clearly about things that happen in our own time, but hindsight is so much sharper. Use it.
