Originally from Belladonna Cove, Phil was one of the first to move into the new large singles apartment block downtown. It was there he caught the eye of Barbara, who was looking for a good husband for herself and father for her many, many future kids. Despite being a knowledge sim, Phil comes across as somewhat less than a genius, but he is a very reliable and even-tempered man who likes to keep the place tidy.
